1. Introduction
Welcome to Saafir. By accessing or using Saafir’s Chauffeur and Stays services through our website or platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These entities are collectively responsible for operating, managing, and facilitating Saafir’s Chauffeur and Stays services across applicable regions.
3. Services Offered
Saafir provides:
- Chauffeur booking services
- Accommodation (Stays) booking services
All bookings are subject to availability and the individual terms, policies, and conditions of the respective chauffeur suppliers, rental companies, or accommodation providers.
4. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation. Saafir reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking due to unavailability, pricing discrepancies, suspected misuse, or policy violations.
5. Payment & Pricing
Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and may include or exclude VAT depending on location and service type. Full payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Saafir reserves the right to revise pricing prior to confirmation.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details—including passenger information, pickup and drop-off locations, journey dates, stay dates, and contact details—are accurate and complete. Saafir is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Modifications & Cancellations
All changes, cancellations, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective chauffeur supplier or accommodation provider. Saafir may assist in facilitating such requests but does not guarantee approvals or refunds beyond supplier terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Saafir acts as an intermediary booking platform and shall not be held liable for service delays, vehicle conditions, accommodation quality, supplier performance issues, or any losses arising from third-party service providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on Saafir platforms—including text, logos, branding, and designs—is the intellectual property of Saafir and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, as applicable based on the service location and contracting entity. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant country.
